Have you ever wondered how your favorite streaming platforms operate behind the scenes and what it’s like to work on the other side of the screen delivering video content to thousands of viewers across the globe? If so then this offer is just for you!

We are looking for a person to join our application user support team who has a great command of English and is proficient in application usage issues. The person hired for this position will be responsible for online contact with users of the applications we are developing and handling front line support requests. This is shift work to support different time zones.

We assume that the described position is ideal for people looking to gain their first experience in the IT industry.

Position Responsibilities

  • processing and handling service desk requests
  • cooperation with the second line of support team
  • creation and maintenance of documentation and procedures for the 1st line support
  • Re-testing of end users requests and search for causes 
  • monitoring and responding to reviews in application stores (e.g. Google Play)
  • working in shifts to accommodate user requests across various time zones.

Requirements

  • English language skills at a level of C1 or higher
  • strong computer and application skills
  • very well-developed written and oral communication skills, including a conscious use of formal and colloquial forms
  • willingness and availability to work in the afternoon and at night, including weekends (primarily between 5 pm and 3 am CET)
  • desire to gain first experience in IT industry
  • eagerness to develop your skills
  • a good and enthusiastic attitude and teamwork 🙂!

Remote working

You can work from home, from the office or hybrid. In practice, this means that, according to your preferences, you will use remote work or an office in Poznań (https://justjoin.it/brands/story/insys-video-technologies) with a great location and a cool atmosphere. We will be happy to talk about the details in a meeting.
